About
Over twenty years on job sites.
The short version
We work both sides of the wall.
Over twenty years of building, split across the two halves of a property that most contractors keep separate. Outside that means grading, drainage, base prep and structures built to survive a Florida summer. Inside it means framing, tile, cabinetry and trim, where a sixteenth of an inch is the difference between finished and nearly finished.
The advantage is that we're never guessing at somebody else's half. We know how a bad grade at the back of a house turns into a damp slab under your floor, and which finish details have to be decided before the concrete is poured rather than worked around after the fact. On most projects that knowledge sits with two companies who speak to each other twice. Here it sits with one.
The difference
Design and construction, same roof.
Most clients end up managing the gap between the person who drew it and the person who has to build it. We closed that gap by doing both.
You see it before it's real
Design is drawn in-house. Not every job needs it, but on the ones that do you get to-scale plans and photorealistic 3D renderings with the actual materials specified: the exact cabinet door, the exact slab, the exact tile. Changing your mind on screen costs nothing. Changing it after the stone is cut costs plenty.
The design survives the build
When the designer and the builder are the same outfit, nothing gets value-engineered out behind your back. What you approved is what shows up on the schedule, gets ordered, and gets installed.
One person is accountable
No triangulating between a designer, a contractor and three subs who each blame the other two. One number, one schedule, one company whose name is on the result.
How we work
The unglamorous parts, done right.
Nobody photographs a properly shimmed door jamb or a level substrate. They're also the only reason the photogenic part still looks good in a decade.
- Written scope and allowances before work starts, so change orders are rare, and explained when they happen
- Permits pulled and inspections scheduled by us, not left to you
- Licensed and insured, with engineering by licensed professionals where the code requires it
- Finish trades we've worked with for years, not whoever bid lowest this week
- Weekly updates while you're on the schedule, in plain language
- Job sites left clean at the end of the day, every day
Where we build
Greater Tampa Bay.
Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco Counties. If you're just outside that ring, call anyway. We'll tell you honestly whether it makes sense.
Let's talk
Come see the work in person.
We're glad to walk you through a finished project near you, or meet on site and talk through what's possible. No charge, no pressure.
