Completed home exterior with a finished walkway

Services

What we build.

If it needs a permit, a footing or a finish carpenter, it's in our wheelhouse.

Completed new construction home with a curved paver drive

01 / New Construction

Ground-up builds.

Custom homes built on your lot. We take it from raw land or a tear-down through design, permitting, site work and vertical construction, and hand you the keys with the trim set and the driveway poured.

  • Site evaluation, clearing, grading and drainage
  • Architectural design and photorealistic 3D renderings
  • Permitting, engineering coordination and inspections
  • Foundation, framing, envelope and MEP rough-in
  • Complete interior finish: cabinetry, stone, tile, trim and paint
  • Driveway, walkways and exterior work included, not an afterthought

02 / Remodels & Additions

Renovations and additions.

Whole-home gut renovations, structural reconfigurations and square-footage additions. The goal is always the same: when it's done, nobody can tell where the old building ended and the new work began.

  • Whole-home renovations, down to the studs where it's warranted
  • Room additions, enclosures and second-story work
  • Structural changes: load-bearing walls, headers, new openings
  • Opening up closed floor plans without losing the structure
  • Flooring, trim, doors, cabinetry and finish carpentry
  • Phased scheduling so you can stay in the building where possible

03 / Kitchens & Baths

Kitchens and baths.

The two rooms that decide how a place feels, and the two that punish sloppy work fastest. Tile that lines through a niche, even cabinet reveals, a slab seam you have to hunt for. This is where the money either shows or disappears.

  • Full kitchen renovations: layout, cabinetry, appliances, lighting
  • Quartz, quartzite, granite and marble fabrication and installation
  • Primary suites, guest baths, powder rooms and wet rooms
  • Large-format tile, mosaic detail, curbless showers and frameless glass
  • Plumbing and electrical reconfiguration to suit the new layout
  • Custom vanities, built-ins, paneling and finish millwork

04 / Outdoor Living

Outdoor living & kitchens.

We've been building these as long as we've been building houses. Covered structures engineered for Florida wind load, and full outdoor cooking suites with the gas, water, power and drainage run before the first course of block goes down.

  • Timber and aluminum pergolas, pavilions and covered lanais
  • Outdoor fireplaces, chimneys and fire pits
  • Masonry kitchen islands, bars and seating counters
  • Marine-grade cabinetry, grills, refrigeration, vent hoods and stone tops
  • Tongue-and-groove ceilings, fans, heaters and audio rough-in
  • Architectural and outdoor lighting

05 / Pavers & Hardscape

Pavers, brick & hardscape.

Over twenty years of laying brick teaches you that the finished surface is the easy part. Base depth, compaction, slope and edge restraint are what keep a driveway flat and a patio draining, and they're the first things a cheap bid cuts.

  • Paver and travertine driveways, patios, walkways and pool decks
  • Retaining walls, seat walls, steps and columns
  • Brick, natural stone and porcelain paver installation
  • Grading, drainage and properly compacted base preparation
  • Sealing, restoration and repair of existing hardscape

06 / Pools & Water

Pool decks & water features.

We build everything that surrounds the water, and the features that make it worth looking at. If you're adding a pool, we'll coordinate with your pool builder, or bring in ours, so the deck, the structure and the shell land as one project.

  • Pool decks and coping in paver, travertine and natural stone
  • Natural rock waterfalls, grottos and spas
  • Sheer descents, scuppers, koi ponds and reflecting basins
  • Fire bowls and linear fire features
  • Pool builder coordination and full deck reconstruction

How it goes

Same three phases, whatever the scope.

A powder room and a whole house run through the same process. It just takes longer for one of them.

01

Sit down

We walk the site, listen to what you're picturing, and talk honestly about budget before anyone draws anything.

02

Design it

Where the job calls for a design, we draw it in-house: to-scale plans and photorealistic 3D renderings with the actual materials specified, so you approve the finished room rather than an idea of it. Straightforward jobs skip straight to the build.

03

Build it

Permits pulled, crews scheduled, inspections passed, weekly updates. One number to call the whole way through.

Let's talk

Not sure which of these you need?

Most of our projects start as one thing and turn into another once we're standing in the room together. Call and describe it. We'll take it from there.
